Pros

There are no Pros, the money is not enough for the work, constant harassment, harsh work environment, corrupt leadership, management that are drug addicts and alcoholics.

Cons

This company is a train wreck. The entire management staff should be fired. The union officials are in league with management and not looking out for the workers. The people who work hard are overloaded and the slackers get away with doing nothing. I watched the shipping department drivers sleep all night in Jacksonville so many times.

Pros

The benefits are incredible, the pay is at the top of the market, the hours are great.

Cons

The work environment is like a shark tank. Poor management. No adequate training. Employees are not treated well. Too many expectations without enough resources. Inaccurate portrayal of company values. No room to grow.

The leadership team is genuinely interested in the best for their employees. Lots of improvements to culture in recent years.

Cons

The current employee base consists of either very long tenured or just recently hired. This causes some riff between people wanting to keep doing things the way it's always been done and those open to change.
