As a salesman, you will be treated like dirt. Andersen management is not at all interested in what you or your customers have to say. Andersen reacts to knee-jerk comments made by end use/homeowners instead of focusing on their employee's feedback and retail customer comments. Endless paperwork that serves no real purpose. Products that have been compromised on quality to generate higher margins. If you don't like to brown nose and stab fellow employees in the back you can forget about moving up the ladder. Andersen rewards the weakest people with management positions.
