Good pay and decent benefits, a few people trying to change and improve the work environment

Cons

Poor management with lack of accountability and engagement “Boys club” runs strong through upper management Major lack of diversity creating a poor work environment for those who don’t fit their “mold”

Pros

Good pay, benefits, 401K Match and options, Good health programs and people tend to be pretty open to change and enjoy what they do.

Cons

Management isn't seen on the floor. VOE clearly stated that direction and strategy wasn't clear last year and we still don't have a solution for this concern. There is definitely a disconnect between management and everyone else.
