Frequent executive leadership changes, arrogant leaders allowed to stay though several have moved on, shifting priorities, resourcing compared to long list of deliverables doesn’t set team up for success

Pros

Great product to peddle (sells itself). That is as far is it goes.

Cons

Vastly underpaid as compared to lesser companies. Change their min/mid/max salary ranges often. Went from individual goal to a national goal which certainly decreases motivation and the willingness to go above and beyond. Experience and tenure does not get rewarded. You get what you get with very large private companies.
