Pros

get experience in construction business, top tier management has keep all benefits and incentive for themselves

Cons

they do not respect women, lay you off before you get vested, , have taken away retirement benefits and incentives

Pros

Ability to work on highly visible efforts fairly quickly; ability to make an impact. Good product. Long history of integrity and supporting customers and employees (until the past few years).

Cons

All companies need to change, but Andersen lost its "Magic" culture with all of the new executive level people that didn't understand what made it tick. Lost nine women in manager / director level positions in about two years -- It is NOT a good place for women to work. Culture of risk-aversion and fear. Too bad, it was a good company.
