Equal opportunity is not there, especially if you are an outspoken female. If you disagree with what's being said by management you will be labeled as "not a team player" and having a "negative attitude". Management opportunities abound for people (men) as long as you do what you're told and do not challenge the status quo. It is not a company that fosters creativity and innovation, and its idea of "diversity" is hiring someone from out of state.

1. Used to be a Company that had Magic around the culture, now it is all gone 2. Extensive lay-offs but left all the worthless ones behind that the executive team brought on board 3. Huge issues amongst executive team on getting along filters down into the ranks
