Pros

Benefits were great! They go through Health Partners. Every 3 months you get a bonus and pay raise if your attendance is good.

Cons

People are very hostile and unhappy. People are only doing this for money. Work life balance is bad, Mandatory over time every weekend,

The Forced Return to Office was the downfall

Pros

During my tenure at Andersen, I found satisfaction during the period of complete remote work. However, the transition to a Return to Office (RTO) model marked a downturn in my experience, with three days spent in a lackluster office environment devoid of nearby amenities. For those comfortable with a hybrid arrangement, Andersen offers commendable training prospects. Moreover, they provide ample room for personal and professional growth within designated roles.

Cons

Word on the grapevine suggests that there are revisions underway for their PTO policy, Purportedly geared more towards the benefit of Andersen rather than individual employees. Reports indicate meager salary increases and even delays in their disbursement.
