Pros

-Consistently changing and keeps you learning new things. -Very flexible with your time as long as you complete all projects. -Pay is ok. -Technology sometimes makes things a lot easier and helps you be more effective.

Cons

-Expectations are very unrealistic at times. -Sometimes there are projects that are dropped on you at the last minute and you have to get them done but cannot go over your time. -Changes your pay structure sometimes without notice. -Says they are growing but then lay people off because of the "new direction".

Pros

Casual dress code, somewhat flexible hours

Cons

Low pay. $11.75 with ten years experience doing retail merchandising and resets. They dragged their feet processing me through the background check and drug testing then the day my results came back they asked me to start at midnight that night, at a location an hour from home before even disclosing to me my hourly pay rate. I declined the shift until I was told my pay. Once I found out the pay Inl clarified that I only would help at the local store that I interviewed to work at. Not enough pay to travel that far. Devalued and disrespectful first impression.

Pros

working unsupervised, coworkers are great, the relationships you have with Walmart management makes you sought after by competitors

Cons

I don't know why they keep taking on more clients without the staffing to do the job. Work is rushed, sloppy, and incomplete. They are always hiring but when starting pay is minimum wage there's really no incentive. Benefits are a joke, field trainers push new hires on TSLs who have no time for them so new hires usually quit before the week is done. The workload is massive. People are so sick of being set up to fail they don't even care anymore. I couldn't take it anymore, every day was stress, frustration, and depression,
