They told me the hours are flexible, what they meant was, "you'll work when we want you to,and if you are off and we need you, then you MUST be flexible and come in.

I hope anyone reading these reviews reads them all and discerns which ones may have been written by HR. For anyone who really has worked at Anderson some of these reviews are laughable. Anderson is an okay job until something comes along that's better, which won't take much, if you remember some things.

Cons

Do not buy into the idea that you are of any value to Charlie Anderson or Bill Lardie, you are not. No matter how long you have been there, no matter how many hours you have invested, no matter how many sacrifices you have made to support your company, to Charlie and Bill you are nothing more than an employee......a commodity that can easily be replaced should you get hurt doing what they ask you to do,
