Pros

Somewhat good benefits. Flexable schedule input, depending on DM's willingness to work with rep and understand accounts we service compliance and work load.

Cons

This company doesn't offer short term disablility and raises are a rarity. Not even a cost of living raise is offered. Management expectations are unrealistic, for workload and hours allotted. Getting O/T approved is like going thru an act of congress. This company obsorbed too many employees from their other division and now raises, new equipment and profit sharing I'm afraid are a thing of the past. Due to this unwise business decision this company has lost and will lose many long term, good working employess.

Pros

You pretty much get to make your own schedule. Most people don't even see their boss in months so as long as you get your work don in time and correct you won't have any body breathing down your neck ever.

Cons

Every week is something different and new tasks added all the time. You can be stretched too thin and the higher ups don't care. They only care about their numbers. If you don't make them look good they have no problem throwing you under the bus. You are NOT important and are replaceable by any schmuck perusing craigslist. Standards are pretty low.

Pros

401k plan, peers are awesome, corporate hours 8-5 Monday through friday

Cons

This is a good old boy company that does not treat employees equally. As long as you are a friend of the executives then you are good as gold. Company just went through layoffs but managed to promote many of the "good old boys" to VPs. For being a private company, you would think they would be more family oriented but seems like they could care less about you spending time with family. Minimum holidays off, no maternity leave. They are not consistent with policies, some people are told there is no work from home ever and they have to take sick time for any time between 8-5 that is not in three office, but some are allowed to work from home even when they live close to an office.
