      Stressful, Overworked, High Expectations With No Time To Accomplish Tasks

      Pros

      Occasionally the movie studios would send us a copy of a new release

      Cons

      Pay doesn't make up for the stress the job causes, Too much to do without enough time or help, Little to no support from District Management, Inaccurate instructions given for projects, Telxons/scanners frequently don't work making you unable to do your work, Will fire you the first moment the store says one thing against you- could be something as simple as "being late" because they wouldn't open the door and let you in.

      Not worth the time or Money

      None, Long hours, dirty work, Helpless supervisors and Awful health benifits

      Cons

      Work 12 hours breaking down pallets of books and DVD's just to drive 3 hours back home to go back to work for 11pm to set up stores for Midnight release. Managers who just show up for lunch then leave, out of date technology. Confusing pay scale, Managers who did not know much about the job. Job has a lot of printing and paperwork, with little to no repayment.

      Not enough hours (only 8 hrs a WEEK) and need better communication between managers.
