Pros

Coworkers are courteous and easy to get along with. Amarillo is a good place to raise a family. Amarillo has a relatively low cost of living.

Cons

The company may not be around in 15 years as it's main products, CDs and DVDs, are going the way of the dodo. Fourth quarter (October through December) can be very stressful.
