Pros
The upper management seemed open to feedback on improving the experiences with releases in the field. The training at the home office was very thorough, and the company appeared to take a genuine interest in the employees and their understanding of programs. The incentives make it a great place to work, along with their commission structure. Very nice company. They teach you how to sell your products to the accounts and how to explain different approaches for management and how to achieve your objectives. Very focused on the complete experience by the employee, the client and the store management and how to tie the three together to make a successful relationship.
Cons
Long hours, depending on the accounts, you may have to devote long hours to setting up product because they won't stock and it won't sell in the back room. If you go into it with this, and try to educate the store on this, if you aren't successful, it can be miserable.
