Pros

There's a paycheck and that's really all at this time. It's certainly no longer the company that I was hired into.

Cons

Too many activities for time allotted, unrealistic views of the time required for completion. Schedules vary and are not posted until the last minute. Overnight hours followed by next day early scheduled hours. They provide an phone and you are therefore at the beck and call of store management, and company management on your "free" time additionally, if you are full time your part-timers will need to reach you in your off hours as well. Pay is not commiserate with the duties performed. They take jobs that are very physically demanding, requiring team lifts but send you in alone to complete with no excuses and jobs that require climbing ladders while repeatedly emphasizing that you are not allowed to climb a ladder. It's become ridiculous.

Pros

Good job perks, free movies, music and books. I loved my boss, Daniel and all the other people I worked with.

Cons

Working in Walmart. The customers can be a bit difficult to say the least. I loved the job in the beginning and got paid well but, after nine years with the company, the job changed dramatically! We were expected to do a lot more with more stores and less money.

Pros

The business side of the house is very energetic, outgoing and positive.

Cons

The dev manager/director is: demanding, harshly critical of you, unable to articulate an idea, incapable of planning the way out of a wet paper bag, does not deliver anything of value them self. A few dev team members were positive. Most were indifferent and apathetic. A few were hostile. If this were your only job option, I would suggest starting a new career.
