Pros

Absolutely the best part of the job is the flexibility followed by that the tasks are not that hard to accomplish as long as you follow the instructions.

Cons

Unrealistic time frames to complete task, many of the tasks to do properly, what is actually entailed, would take far longer than what is alloted. The worst part of the job, though, is having to deal with Walmart managers, especially the store managers but also a few of the lower level managers. They refuse to follow all the letters of authorization we are given to work with, and generally make our jobs more difficult by not following floor plans, especially with corrugates, which they either have torn down before we arrive, don't allow them where they are authorized to be, or tear them down immediately after we put them up. They think they are gods of the stores, and don't listen do anyone. Furthermore, no one talks to them about it, so they keep this attitude. They have little regard for us anyway.

Great Office Culture

Pros

Office politics are minimal and Executive Team members are extremely intelligent! Fast-paced & laid back atmosphere...it is easy to expand your knowledge base and grow your skillset.

Cons

Executive Team is not as accessible as I have had in the past. Rarely see or speak to President or CEO. Salary, while not horrible, is not as competitive as it could be in Dallas market...makes it difficult to ignore other opportunities being offered.

Pros

Flexibility on work scheduling for part timers. Forces you to learn how to network with all kinds of personalities. Company issued IPhone with terrible Sprint service. Free movies/ promo t shirts issued by mail on a semi frequent basis.

Cons

Low pay/ lack of proper raise intervals and percentages. Constant harassment of associates if said IPhone didn't sync properly with their terrible app. No opportunity for advancement. Management is just as clueless as the associates, I problem solved every issue I had myself.
