Pros
Absolutely the best part of the job is the flexibility followed by that the tasks are not that hard to accomplish as long as you follow the instructions.
Cons
Unrealistic time frames to complete task, many of the tasks to do properly, what is actually entailed, would take far longer than what is alloted. The worst part of the job, though, is having to deal with Walmart managers, especially the store managers but also a few of the lower level managers. They refuse to follow all the letters of authorization we are given to work with, and generally make our jobs more difficult by not following floor plans, especially with corrugates, which they either have torn down before we arrive, don't allow them where they are authorized to be, or tear them down immediately after we put them up. They think they are gods of the stores, and don't listen do anyone. Furthermore, no one talks to them about it, so they keep this attitude. They have little regard for us anyway.
