Pros

Everyone I had contact with in HR and corporate level was very nice and very helpful. Not so much, locally.

Cons

The management is too far removed from the local stores that workers are placed in. They assign tasks that are impossible to complete with the number of people and amount of time allotted.

Pros

Great Associates and technology. Weekends are mostly free except the occasional project here and there. Almost no overnight travel, most associates within 3 hours away.

Cons

Highly fluctuating business. Some weeks there is way to much work than humanly possible and other weeks there is almost no work and few hours to be had. Makes it hard to keep part time associates. Many unnecessary web conferences to typically just going over a document word for word that is then email for you to review. Just send me the document and let me read it, I don't need a web conference for every little project.

Pros

Great group of hourly coworkers. You can earn extra money from October through December.

Cons

Company does not provide enough hours to fulfill the required responsibilities. Extremely stressful environment for those employees who are conscientious about their work. You will rarely see your District Manager. Normal contact is by phone on a "mandatory" call once per week; you must be on this call even if you are not available or are not scheduled to work the day of the call. Totally ineffective at building morale or teamwork.
