Pros
The only positive I can think of is the building is nice and daily catering at an affordable price.
Cons
Be prepared to be micromanaged like you never have before. Horrendous commission structure- after 1 year you are expected to hit a certain threshold of margin, and if you don't hit this number you receive $0 commission so you are basically living off of the base salary which is laughable. Keep in mind, There are employees who have been there for 2-3 years and they don't hit the magic number. Only way to consistently hit that number is to wait out team members leaving the company and you inherit their clients
