- Decent pay -Some good co-workers and employees - Hire management from within.

Cons

- The Salesteam is praised always no matter what -"Family Culture" is a lie -Loyalty doesn't go very far anymore in the company - They don't like PTO being used unplanned, even though sick days are "included" in the company policy as PTO.

This is a great place for those that are looking to get a start in a sales career. The clients you can have an endless and it's really on on you. There is an unlimited earning potential

Cons

The pay is mainly salary and the commission plan is poor. They pay you $5 for every load you book, and that stops after one year.
