Pros

Great co-workers, variety of jobs, and will transfer within company.

Cons

No support for staff. Unrealistic goals. Staff works emotional cases with no support from higher up. Concerns are not listened too and are attempting to work with as little staff as possible.

Pros

Flexible with days off and good retirement.

Cons

Constantly changing around your clients and where you drive. Use of your own vehicle for job with mileage reimbursed. Having to continue to sit with clients that are completely unresponsive and it takes months for those to be dropped. Supervisors tell you one thing and then change again in the near future. Overload of clients that you have to work with.
