Mission-Driven Work: Focused on national security with cutting-edge technology. High Growth Potential: Company is aggressively pursuing IPO; equity may significantly increase in value. Smart, Talented Workforce: Surrounded by high-caliber individuals from tech and defense sectors. Fast-Paced Environment: Ideal for those who thrive on rapid iteration and execution. Modern Tools: Heavy use of Slack and other tech-first platforms streamlines collaboration.

Cons

Work-Life Balance: High operational tempo; long hours are common and often expected. Cultural Fit: Skews young and tech-centric—may feel less structured or mature than traditional defense firms.
