It was wfh now it’s gone

Cons

Joined due to wfh took pay cut, now wfh is gone and I have clarity about it yet, they said policy will come by Diwali but it’s Jan, no policy yet. Last year didn’t give variable pay not even 1% Notice period wasn’t mentioned in letter and it’s now 3 months. Silent layoff also happening when asked about it in townhall Quoting CxO - “Control the controllable”

Cons

Toxic work culture. No WFH even though they hired by mentioning permanent WFH, they force employees to relocate. No long-term vision at ll, the CXOs and other leadership are clueless. No one has any knowledge of tech.
