Earlier when i joined it was fully remote but after recent leadership changes, lots of people are leaving and they are doing RTO

Cons

- Not a very good culture overall - Lots of good people leaving and management does not seems to care about them

Company is being milked by the new CXO's and the performance going out the doors. Firm has lost its strategy. They have CXO reporting to CXO. People who built the business are leaving. The lot remaining is acting just for the show till the time they are making money. Promotor is busy buying more cars, and HR has closed their eyes. At this rate, Angel will find itself in the mud in next 2-3 quarters.

Very CXO heavy. One's work and competence doesn't matter . Visibility has become the primary leverage. No vision and execution capabilities from CXO. It's shifted to a dog eat dog culture. Company performance going down month on month. Management is happy living in it's bubble. Good people are leaving. HR is now just a stamp. Reality will hit within next 1 year.
