The promised variable pay, which is said to be 30% of the fixed salary, often maxes out at 10% regardless of effort. The rating system in use is flawed, and their appraisal methods are among the least effective. While the company boasts of adjusting salaries every October to align with market standards, this rarely happens in practice. The touted October salary adjustment is misleading. Moreover, any attempt to discuss appraisal concerns is met with the dismissive response that "it's the same everywhere." This stance contradicts the company's claim of being an ideal workplace. Misleading employees about the October salary review process is disheartening.
