      Was good, but everything going haywire.

      Pros

      Good CTO (Jyoti). Good tech stack. Good peers. Old VP was best. Good learning curve till 2024.

      Cons

      The new VP brought in new manager, New DOE has brought in his favourites and playing internal politics. Totally destroyed the collaborative work culture and WLB. The manger and VP conduct their own daily scrum with favourites, keeping others in dark. Everything is now based on visibility and not on quality of work. Favourites are highlighted by higher management and rest all are just openly blamed for minor mistakes. Their good work is overlooked. Appraisal are now only for favourites. Many are looking for new opportunities outside.

      Nothing that I can think of other than being remote for now.

      Next to no benefits. And since the new CEO there has been rumors of mass layoffs

      Pros

      Nothing as I found in the company. They are a typical broker dealer with a good market share. Honestly I dont reallty see a reason what differentiates other broker platforms to this. I admit I am noew to the setup.

      Cons

      Irrational hiring and Business plans. Pathetic HR - Frankly the worst I have seen so far. I have not met any one strong business leader with focus. Especially, I dont believe the glassdoor rating since this is being asked to be filled on day 1 of joining so mostly positive.
