1. Hire most of stupid non tech manager 2. Upper management is not good and burn money in non sense usecase 3. Too much politics and worst feedback system 4. Just raise propaganda be BOLD etc, in reality you will feel like unheard 5. Worst HR policies and can cut bonus, salary and can change terms and conditions anytime 6. Everyone is making fool of their manager instead of working on something really meaningful in less cost
