Pros

1. Competitive salary. Especially if you're coming with a good tag name. 2. Since most of the things are being built from scratch, there is quite a lot to learn.

Cons

1. While the newcomers are getting paid quite well, the existing employees are being demoted (I guess based on their current compensation to match new salary-brackets-to-designation scale). Both: a newcomer with 8 years of experience and old employee with 14 years of experience are Staff Software engineer. 2. Even though there is quite a lot to learn you have to be wary about some of the approaches being taken. Like if these approaches are really the best practices or just something to get the things going. And if you should really use it in future. 3. Goals are set, but higher up lacks the visibility on how to reach those goals. Basically, you work in dark. And timelines are imposed on you based on what higher ups think, not how things should be. 4. All higher up positions are filled with buddies. If you're not part of this group, best of luck! 5. Recent reviews look quite suspicious. I remember the rating being somewhere near 3.3 and now it's 4.2. Pretty sure the people working don't relate to the new ratings.

Worst Company, Lies in Public, Pathetic

Pros

WFH is the only pro

Cons

They lie a lot during interview and that's just the beginning. The senior management is all-male, incompetent, and the 2 managers working on product on design and tech are the worst. The officials say in replies that their policy makers are women but that is a lie too. If you work in design & tech and want to work in a product-focused company, stay away from the company. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, AVOID THIS ORGANISATION AT ALL COSTS. There is too much bias and misogyny. They do not promote women at all. They also don't pay equally. They also have fake ratings and reviews and have hired someone specific to work on the ratings. It's an old company with legacy redundant employees who will suck all your energy because they have not updated themselves. The notice period is looong, the leave policy is bad, and the management is the worst. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
