      Salary on time and no pros tbh

      Cons

      It's been month and it's as equivalent as hell here. No proper communication between employees and managers. Only 10% of the training was provided and pushed us on the actual work. Struggling to survive here

      Get to learn basics of the stock market

      Cons

      You'll feel like a salesperson rather than an equity dealer, Selling Mutual funds & Insurance, Opening accounts of your family & friends would be the main goal, even if you don't want to due to the pressure. And if you're unable to do that, they will make you sit long hours not even considering how far you stay, and expect you on time the next day, No work life balance whatsoever
