      Pros

      I can speak to my department and tell you that they care about your work life balance and your opinion. Feedback is always taken there is freedom to drive new strategy, initiatives, and create change. Results are expected but so is giving you the tools and resources to become successful. It's a fast paced environment which may be a con for some.
