A lot of pros are out the window. I’ve been here just about five years and the minute you start making good money they change up the compensation. Fresh shop I’ve been to where I see. People have been here longer quitting or setting up a way to get you fired.

Good training program. Not a lot of pressure to perform right away. But if you aren’t selling somewhat consistently in 4ish month then you’ll be let go. Opportunity to make a lot do of money from home if you can get good at it. I really enjoyed my 2 managers I had and my director

Cons

-doesn’t have the best reputation amongst contractors -Lotta change. People come and go. Company is currently revamping the entire product so prices and packagers are constantly changing.
