      Work from home. Good Benefits. Ability to make big paycheck with tons of effort

      Cons

      Constantly changing leadership/comp plan/product. Cold calling rude contractors all day everyday can be mentally taxing.

      Pros

      They look out for employees who work hard Yearly raises and bonuses so you do not have to advocate for yourself as much with compensation You are encouraged to have a work-life balance and take your PTO There are many many opportunities for growth here at Angi

      Cons

      The work load is pretty heavy so taking PTO normally means that things will get behind-> on a positive note this means we have job security, it will never be too slow!
