Pros

Fully remote, which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. Most people I’ve worked with are really friendly, smart, and help you learn as you go.

Cons

Often times the work is very silo’d, and there isn’t much opportunity to collaborate with other teams in the department. Zoom fatigue sets in pretty quickly, and being fully remote makes it difficult to develop relationships with colleagues at times. Coworkers and teammates are located all across the US in different time zones - so sometimes it can be tough to truly disconnect and log off for the day, it can be tough to find a true work-life balance. Salary can be on the low end of the scale for some positions.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear you appreciate the remote flexibility and the supportive team environment. We understand that working remotely can sometimes feel siloed, and we continue to explore ways to foster cross-team collaboration and connection. We also recognize the challenges of Zoom fatigue and work-life balance, especially with teammates across multiple time zones. Your feedback is valuable as we strive to improve the remote work experience.

Training doesn't translate to the actual experience, big shock, super drink the gatorade type of place, super high turnover, very cut throat

Pros

your coworkers will likely be really nice, and even though its remote, you can make real friends through this job.

Cons

The company has been minimizing employee benefits for years. Everything on the sales force as become increasingly strict, while minimizing payouts. Sales commissions have been cut in half, and the ability to earn is extremely limited. Managers and reps are no longer able to prospect their own leads, so they are stuck with exclusively over worked leads, and can keep minimum sales in their pipeline. Commissions payouts change around 4 times a year, and have gotten increasingly worse. The new structure is the company creates a goal every two weeks for the following pay period, and you only get paid on percent to goal. Goals changed over 6k in between pay periods for no reason other than to limit rep payouts. The company hasn't been doing well so they keep changing too many things at once and getting worse and worse. I'd recommend avoiding working here at all costs as it is now. It used to be a decent company to work for, but they have consistently made it worse, and there's no sign of improvement anytime soon. They also haven't promoted any reps in years, so no room for upwards growth either.
