Pros

smile and dial, don't need to use your brain. It's 9-5, once you clock out there's no emails or other work to do. Problem is the 9-5 you literally can't stop dialing so you end up working more than most jobs where you might be expected to answer an email or two after work hours.

Cons

It's a high-volume telemarketing call center masquerading as an inside sales org. MLM pump up sales meetings twice a day, micromanaging to the point of tracking time off of the phone down to the minute. If you don't hit target in any 2 week period you are on a plan, and if you miss for another 2 weeks after that you are fired.

Most unethical company

Pros

Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

The most unethical company I have ever worked for. They lie to their pros to get them to buy. They submit deals before the agreed upon time of the pro, knowingly overdrafting accounts and then lie and blame it on computer glitches, or someone else unknowingly submitting… ect. Management will ask you to call them on their personal cell phone so their conversation isn’t recorded and proceed to tell you to do things that are against company policy, but when in company meetings tell you that you will get fired if you do said things. Look up the law suit against Angi before taking a job with them.
