Money is decent. The environment is great! A lot of positive and uplifting trainers and co-workers.

Cons

The job itself requires you to persist on the sale no matter what and can be a huge problem for people with a high moral compass.

Sales is an important part of growing our platform offerings and training touches on how to share the best options to customers to tailor our services to their needs so they can be successful. This comes more naturally to some than others but our supervisors and trainers are here to provide support to those struggling. We have a culture designed to put the customer first and have enough leads to go around that we do not push our sales people to sell service providers that do not want to advertise with us. Management strives to create an environment where all representatives feel represented and use regular Firesides to communicate high-level goals and expectations. It's work from home I don't really have any other pros to list.

Cons

Oh the story I have about this place. I started in outbound sales at Home Advisor ..switched to inbound which is not only sales but also customer service. Not only do we have to deal with people calling in angrily but we have all these crazy quotas that you have to meet. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars its because I was happy to have a remote job, and I liked my managers. The pay is very very very very low for the work you do.
