Great team of people. Remote work was excellent.

Cons

You must hit high sales figures or else.. Brain will be tired by EOD and your voice may be hoarse, lol. Too much into DEI.

Good pay tons of calls

Cons

You’re given crappy leads and your manager doesn’t care about you just how many leads you sell. They rig the lead pool so that their favorite reps get the best leads. Will still lay you off because the business is tanking
