Cons

Some higher ups don't know how to manage people (more prevalent in certain parts of the org) C-Suite will abruptly have you change course with no rhyme or reason, making everything you work on moot. Constant org changes

Not only is the training drawn out & so boring, the trainers weren't honest about how the customers are "really" treated. If the customer gets a bad lead - too bad, they are going to pay for it regardless. The team managers are all about puffing about what a great company Angi is & how you must do what they say. They are very aggressive to employees.
