Pros

You’ll have 1 good pay period which may make you think… “is this worth it?” …..it’s not

Cons

0 transparency with deals signed… Had multiple deals on my team closed by one of the closers & the rep that the account originally was under got 0 points/commission for it… manager would just take it out of the other persons name. No sort of suppprt from upper management- can ask for something and never hear back. Had multiple situations blamed on “oversight” which is dumb as hell because everything on Salesforce is recorded & timestamped. Overall a terrible company that exploits hard working people and does not set them up for success… out of every 10 accounts I set up maybe 2 were successful. 20% success rate is tragic

Benefits are good and the PTO

Cons

The list is endless, GREEDY people at the top that care about no one least of all their contractors and loyal employees. This used to be the best company to work for but that is not the case and hasn't been since we merged with Angi.

Pros

Able to work remotely. Most of the people are very nice and helpful.

Cons

Horrible leads, horrible reputation with contractors, and it's not at all unusual to make 200 calls a day and only speak to one person.
