It is remote, and that is just it.

Cons

Supervisors intercepting calls, which means they will scream at you to get a sale. And you are expected to call 200-300 people a day, let's be real, that is not possible.

3 years of success & a bad month or two can get you fired. All the changes that this company makes, they need to consider what they are doing to their employees.
