Hello and thank you for providing feedback. I’m sorry you are not having a great experience at Angi and would like to address your concerns below. We work hard to continue to improve the quality of our leads we send to contractors and have invested millions of dollars in technology to keep spam off our platform; in the event pros do receive a spam lead, we have a clear credit process to support pros. We also work hard to support our internal team at Angi, both in terms of compensation and defining a clear path to success for our team. We do not take money away from our people and could not run a successful business doing so. We are dedicated to providing our team members a transparent and supportive work environment and hope you feel encouraged to share any feedback with your manager, HR or anyone else in leadership (including myself) while you are here.
