Good training program for new people

They don’t treat their customers like people nor their sales reps. It’s a high turnover for both.

Pros

I get to work with the most amazing people every day. I have constant access to my manager for whenever I have questions, but more experienced reps are always very excited to help too. It is definitely not an easy job and I didn't really know what I was doing at first, but my training managers and my sales manager took a huge amount of time with me to help me get better and learn. About 6 months in I started making big commission checks. I'm about to have my student loans completely paid off and if things keep going how they are, I'm going to be able to buy a house in the next year.

Cons

Some of the contractors we call can be extremely mean and rude, so I had to develop thick skin.
