We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and for your work when a part of our sales team. Our organization has made great strides in achieving our mission to become the home for everything home with the alignment of our strategic goals for this quarter and beyond. Sales naturally fosters a highly competitive environment and is not for everyone. That said, integrity when speaking with service professionals on sales calls and/or team members during training or team updates, is of utmost importance to us. While we have outlined goals to propel our organization forward across teams, we strive to motivate team members through additional training opportunities, 1:1 coaching and providing feedback from past calls. We strongly urge anyone who feels that another team member has not adhered to these guidelines to reach out to HR or myself directly. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Thanks for leaving a review! Flexible WFH benefits are provided to all full-time team members as we believe our teams can be successful wherever they work. Our platform provides a solution to help meet the needs of homeowners and is an avenue for local businesses to grow and thrive. We do not condone sales representatives misleading service professionals in order to obtain payment information. Leaders invest heavily in training which provides clear parameters on the correct ways to describe the many benefits of Angi as well as the different approaches to sharing how businesses, both big and small, can benefit the most from our platform. We agree that transparency is important and welcome you to reach out to your supervisor or myself directly with any questions or concerns. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Pros

Fantastic place to work, offices across the US, generous paid leave and remote work options, a really great and healthy development process. Engineers have a lot of say in what we do here. Everyone has a great team spirit, and the culture is focused but not boring. Organization seems truly open to change and new ideas. Organization could be a bit more diverse but is clearly making an effort, and I have not seen any cliquish or oppressive behavior. I can see myself staying here long term, especially if the company can adapt to the below stated issues.

Cons

I'm a little concerned that even though the business is rhetorically very customer oriented, they seem committed to a business model that is undermining consumer confidence. Additionally, the managers and product people, while passionate, seem very overworked. No dedicated QA or sprint leaders makes the engineering process a bit rough.
