We extend multiple resources for assistance with tech issues and offer remote work opportunities to all full-time team members as we believe this flexibility allows our teams to thrive wherever they work. We also set conservative and attainable sales goals for our new employees and a very small percentage of our new hires don't graduate from our supportive and hands on 12-week training program.
