Made some long last friendships and learned a few sales skills

Toxic, toxic, toxic: overworked, commissions cut, have to fight to get the commissions you earned paid out to you correctly, had to fight to get hourly wage increased as promised when hit certain goals, favoritism, no transparency, told to just work harder, product is not what it claims to be that we sell, departments working against each other, employees allowed to make threats to other employees

Our commission structure has remained uncapped to allow for unlimited earning potential amongst our team members with some of our top performers making $300-430K. We do not tolerate any form of threats amongst team members and strongly encourage anyone who experiences this type of behavior first hand or witnesses this happen to others, reach out to management and HR immediately so we can take proper action.
