Pros

Culture is amazing, they make a large effort to involve everyone and avoid the isolation that comes with being remote. I do enjoy upper management and feel like they are very transparent, at least as much as they can be.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive enough, even compared to other positions here. Change is constant, and not always good. It doesn't feel like there is a lot of place to grow. You can develop, but there's no where to move up.

Pros

Leadership across the People Operations team is great. Transparent, open to suggestions, and allows people to try things even if they fail.

Cons

Angi's in a turnaround and therefore the opportunity / compensation increases are rare. Near constant org change. This is only a con if you really desire predictability. For me personally, I don't mind it.
