Good social culture, lots of happy hours and a great office

Cons

Every aspect of the actual job. Evaluations every 2 weeks, resulting in mass firings every two weeks. they will fire and hire 30+ people a month. Toxic culture, lack of support. I was there about a year and a half and had 4 different directors and 5 different managers.

Cons

Commission structure always changing, there’s not really any ongoing training, and sales fall through often times is not your fault. There’s a waiting period between when you make the sale and when it gets approved.

This has by far been the absolute greatest place to work, the culture, the people, the job itself all aligns with my own beliefs on what is important when you sign on every day to do your job! I think the greatest pro is the leadership - everyone leads with kindness, even when you mess up there is true collaboration here and your concerns/needs are heard.

Cons

Literally not a single con! Nothing I'd change!
