Great company to work for. Excellent earning potential and opportunity for career growth. They make working from home fun.

Cons

You have to be motivated and excited to learn and grow, but are amply rewarded.

Pros

Work from home!! Great benefits, flex schedule. Management is always trying to help us grow. Lots of resources for us. Lots of transparency. Close friendships with coworkers. Management always has open ears, and it's always a safe place to learn and grow.

Cons

With recent changes, we are taking more calls during the day, with shorter times between calls. This is mentally draining. You could have 150+ calls a day, and only get 1.30 between calls. We are not encouraged to take that full 1.30 minute, but to dispo calls quickly and return to que. It it exhausting. burn out is real. I love my job, but don't love the guidelines we are expected to work. We are not robots, but real people. We give our best to our customers on each call.. and it's a lot. It would be nice if we had more "away" time to where we can get up and use the restroom, and refill our drink more than 2x times a day. only 10 mins a day for away time is not enough.

Excellent training program Trainers Managers treatment of all staff equally Remote job Good leads and favorable commission structure Great benefits Generous PTO Opportunities for advancement Teams are very helpful Fun culture and environment Streamlined processes to make things easy

Cons

Cannot think of any OT is only for best reps and not everyone Some managers have you sit in Zoom all day
