I’ve had such a great experience working at Angi that I wanted to share. From day one, I’ve felt genuinely supported by both leadership and my teammates. The culture here is collaborative, fast-paced in a good way, and full of people who actually care about doing meaningful work. What stands out most is how much Angi invests in its employees—there are real opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and take on challenges that push you forward in your career. The company does a great job of recognizing hard work, and it feels like your contributions truly matter. I also appreciate the transparency and communication across teams. It makes a huge difference knowing where the company is headed and how your role plays a part in that bigger picture. Overall, Angi has been an incredibly positive place to work, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that’s building something impactful while also supporting each other along the way. The pay and benefits are nice too

Cons

We switched medical insurance companies this year and UHC is not as easy to work with as Aetna. Please go back to our old insurance carrier

Pros

Company culture is amazing from the top down. Goals are realistic and attainable. Training is applicable to the job from day 1, they set you up for success. The sales rules of engagement make sense, are fair, and very collaborative. The leadership likes healthy and respectful competition but it's truly a culture of collaboration and supporting across the company. They make it work for every type of person, doesn't matter your personality. If you follow the process they've perfected - you will be successful

Cons

Cold calling can be a real mental grind. You've got to be ready to push through the slow and tough times, if you keep at it you'll be successful! But it definitely takes some mental strength and grit.
