      Recent Hire - its been a great experience

      Pros

      I recently joined the team as a Sr. Director. I was coming from a much larger and established company. Overall the interview process was professional and solid - I could tell they did their due diligence. And since joining, the team has been welcoming and collaborative (yes, its and over used term but it does apply here). In addition, the leadership team has a clear strategy and plan for execution.
