Pros

Angi provide great work life balance. Development process so much streamlined and very little scope for adhoc requests or work. The people here are incredible, they care about each other, and they like to win together as a team.

Cons

Nothing much but I feel like having at-least few team building activities will definitely increase the morale of the team.(Mine is a new team and most of them are complete remote).

Super flexible environment. Really focused on the customers. You can see the impact of your work in a product which has a lot of traffic.

Cons

The benefits for employees outside the US are pretty minimal, at least for Mexico.

Pros

1. Great culture. No egos, and everyone I've worked with is a team player. 2. Management is very open, which is refreshing. They don't sugar-coat the good and the bad. 3. Company is very good at recognizing your hard work and achievements. They really try to make everyone feel appreciated and accepted. 4. My managers are great. Really took interest in my professional development, and pushed me to get promoted. Very appreciative. 5. Teammates are great to work with. 6. Everyone is truly trying their best to produce the best. Always helpful, willing to lend a hand, and just be part of the team!

Cons

Not much if anything really. If I had to really nitpick, I would say that some of the technology is outdated. However, management is aware and there are efforts to migrate to more modern solutions.
