a lot. this is a job that takes a soulless shark mentality. You have to be ok with the grind, making 200 cold calls a day to leads that have been called 30-40x within the last 2 months. 99% of the calls you make with either be to numbers that have blocked you, biz owners who know the number and just dont answer, disconnected numbers, or someone who answers and hangs up almost immediately. Once you do get someone willing to talk, it is a bully emotional sale. the entire process is dictated on "accountability", but is really just bullying someone and being rude to them and talking over them until they either pay or hang up. Both outcomes are desirable and considered "wins" by the company. Training is 2 weeks of one way to do the job, then you are tossed to a team that has a completely different way and expectation of doing the job. Given a script in training and then told after using it for 2 weeks not to use it anymore. Will let you go for not hitting numbers without a thought. Unless you are a top producer immediately, there is no job security. If you want to cold call, 'GRIND', and generally have a low moral compass, then the opportunity to make a lot of money is there, but its just not worth it for most people. Also, no benefits or PTO until after 90 days, which is the length of their "training".
