Pros

Really great company ethos and employees gel really well. Great perks and employee experience. Really impressive senior leadership team who are all actively in touch with our industry and extremely forward thinking. An al round top company to work for.

Cons

Laser focus on delivery for clients means that internal projects aren't driven as hard which can be a little frustrating. That said its never an issue to bring things up for discussion at the very open All Hands sessions!

Pros

Work-life balance is excellent - flexible work hours, flexible PTO, and work from home. Great culture - friendly, sincere, respectful, and supportive. Opportunities for growth - promote autonomy, your manager pushes you just enough to get out of your comfort zone and grow, and has a mobility program to help employees find their best fit.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Takes time to get promoted or/and get a pay raise even though you meet or exceed the outlined responsibilities and expectations.

Pros

-Working alongside smart colleagues -Interesting mix of client challenges across services -Organizational structure has improved greatly over the years to include better onboarding processes, knowledge transfer opportunities, mobility programs to change teams over time, and mentorship. -An increase in roles and departments that will help the company scale more effectively -Feedback is appreciated -Being part of a company that values change, iterative improvements, and doing things differently tomorrow than we are doing today -Learning opportunities and certifications - continued professional development -Valuing diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and thoughts

Cons

-Not many. There were and are some growing pains as growth occurs in headcount, increased services and global reach -Experiences in the day-to-day activities and client or colleague interaction may vary greatly across teams. But this is true in many professional services organizations. Not a con per se, just an observation. I appreciate the "smallness" of the organization sometimes, in that cross-functional collaboration is not a hard thing to achieve when putting in the effort to do so.
